October 2017 Meeting Notes

The meeting was called to order by President Ritchie Farrell. The minutes were read and approved. Treasurer Brenda Lagasse reported the checking and savings.

Activities

Work Night on Saturday, October 14, at 9:00 am to clean the stalls. Lunch will be served.

Equine Dentist Ed McCarty will be at the Arena Saturday, October 14. Farrier and Massage Therapist will also be at the Arena.

Youth Buckle Series third event is Sunday, October 15 at 2:00 pm.

Halloween Fun Day is Saturday, October 28, at 1:00 pm. Prizes for costumes and games.

New Business

Brenda made a motion to spend $1,500 to purchase an M tractor with hydraulics to work the Arena. The motion was seconded and passed.
