November 2015 Meeting Notes

The meeting was called to order by President Aggie Moore at 8:00 pm. The minutes were read and approved. Treasurer Brenda Lagasse reported the checking and savings. The Board of Directors had not met, so there was no report.

A work night is scheduled for Sunday, November 8th.

Aggie could not get anyone to come to the meeting to discuss equine nutrition, so it was decided to try for the January meeting.

Lance Lagasse made a motion for the Club to pay for the Annual Meeting meals for the attending Club members. Sandy Kennedy seconded and the motion passed.

Final Youth Buckle Series on Sunday, November 8th

Lana Stolzenburg, Sandy Kennedy, and Earl Hale volunteered to be on the Nominating Committee. Earl Hale and Bruce Brown will need to be replaced on the Board of Directors.

Big Al mentioned to Lance that he needed to do some welding for us. Lance suggested the platform from the crow’s nest to the west.

Aggie made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Brenda seconded it.
