July 2019 Meeting Notes

The meeting was called to order by President Ritchie Farrell. The minutes were read and approved. Treasurer Brenda Lagasse reported the checking and savings.

Activities Committee
Jackpot Barrel Series: July 5th and 19th
Open Horse Show: July 7th
EKHA Horse Show: July 26 through 28
Tack Swap: September 14
Equine Dentist: Sometime in September or October

Rodeo Committee
We need volunteers

Shooting Sports want to use the concession stand. Donna Barleen made a motion to let Shooting Sports intact the Legion to coordinate the use of the concession stand. Angie Reed seconded and the motion passed.
