August 2017 Meeting Notes
The meeting was called to order by President Ritchie Farrell.
There were no minutes.
Treasurer report showed what the rodeo made.  A full accounting will be available next month.  Report approved.
New business:  It was suggested that we plant trees to shade the south arena.  Aggie will ask the fair board for approval at the next fair board meeting.
The club will pay $700 to the fair board for driveway rock and gravel.
Plans for the KJRA and H.S. rodeos to be held this month were discussed.
It was moved and seconded that we give a memorial of $200 to Erin and Jeremy Urban, motion passed.  Additional funds were given by private donation.
Youth Buckle series starts Sept. 17.
Fall Fest parade is Sept 23.
Equine dentist is Oct. 14.Â
