July 2016 Meeting Notes
The meeting was called to order by President Ritchie Farrell. The minutes were read and approved. The checking and savings were reported.
The Rodeo Committee will meet after the Monthly Meeting.
High School Rodeo will not have use of the Commercial Building because of a wedding. We will need to block off a section for wedding parking.
Lance Lagasse suggested to purchase 20 more 20′ panels and 40 more regular panels. Eric Voss made a motion to buy 30 20′ panels. Brenda Lagasse seconded and the motion passed.
Someone form the KJRA approached Lance about having a KJRA Rodeo in Concordia, KS, again.
KNCKÂ changed how they are going to run our Rodeo ads. For $152, they will run 50 ads.
